Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional business analysis with strong product management experience
• Proven experience with contact center campaign management
• 1 year of consulting industry experience working with stakeholders
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong knowledge of current technologies and complex enterprise-level applications
