Senior Business Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting elluminate customers in their transition to a self-sufficient operating model, the full-time Senior Business Consultant will drive adoption, operational readiness, and customer success through product expertise, business process consulting, and customer enablement, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide customers through transition activities from implementation to operational independence, assessing readiness across various domains
• Advise on operational processes related to elluminate usage and develop supporting documentation aligned with workflows
• Identify opportunities for enhanced use of elluminate capabilities and define success metrics to measure customer maturity

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred
• 6-8+ years of experience in SaaS service delivery, consulting, or customer success roles
• Experience with enterprise platforms or regulated industry software, particularly in life sciences or clinical development
• Strong consulting and customer engagement skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into practical processes
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams
