Senior Business Consultant

Job Summary

Driving innovation and operational excellence for complex initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Consultant will evaluate and implement growth strategies, partner cross-functionally to develop solutions, and deliver analyses to simplify complex problems for leadership while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, and implement new growth strategies while tracking progress against key milestones
• Deliver quantitative and qualitative analyses, including executive-level presentations and dashboards for performance monitoring
• Conduct deep dive analytics and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare with a focus on strategic problem solving and/or new product development
• 7+ years of project management experience or managing cross-team initiatives with demonstrated success
• 5+ years of data analytics experience with large data sets using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
