Senior Business Consultant

Job Summary

To drive delivery excellence and accelerate ROI from AI solutions, the remote Senior Business Consultant will lead consulting projects, consult with clients on their self-service and AI needs, and provide best practice recommendations for software implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead consulting projects to drive process improvement and ensure business readiness for NICE self-service and AI solutions
• Consult with clients to understand their business processes and AI implementation requirements
• Provide best practice recommendations to design and implement self-service and AI software solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in self-service or AI software domains
• Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Experience with contact center enterprise software and digital/unassisted self-service channels
• Proven ability to handle senior executive audiences and provide thought leadership
• Experience in business process improvement and customer success
