Senior Business Consultant

Job Summary

Providing technical leadership and consulting for Professional Services employees in the Student module area, the full-time Senior Business Consultant will deliver training, process improvement, and problem resolution for clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive analyses to resolve Student-related issues and provide technical training in data validation and reporting
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Project Management Office to support complex issue resolution and project deliverables
• Maintain and share a repository of process and training documentation while coaching team members on best practices

Required qualifications

• BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in Higher Education
• Experience with Jenzabar's J1 Student Information System/ERP, particularly in Admissions, Registrar, Advising, and Student Life
• Advanced SQL programming skills and software troubleshooting experience
• Prior training delivery experience and ability to translate complex technical concepts to functional end users
