Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives in the evolving healthcare industry, the full-time Senior Business Consultant will provide subject matter expertise, lead cross-functional teams, and develop technology platforms for tracking progress and impact, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expertise in areas such as project management, finance, and information technology to support initiative goals
• Collaborate on business strategy and identify strategic opportunities while managing cross-functional projects
• Develop and manage technology platforms and dashboards to track program progress and improve communication across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 additional years in lieu of degree)
• 10 years of experience in business development, operational technology support, or consulting
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical skills, including experience with tools like Power BI
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Strong relationship management capabilities and strategic thinking skills
