Senior Business Consulting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Business Consulting Manager to lead a team of Business Consultants and support sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Consultants to provide demo support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Mentor and coach team members while building expertise in the Kinaxis Maestro solution
• Identify customer needs and provide feedback to product management on product gaps

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management and consulting or enterprise pre-sales
• 4+ years of experience managing a team
• Strong knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and industry best practices
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, supply chain, computer science, or process engineering; MBA or MS preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
