Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the calculation, validation, and processing of retail sales compensation across multiple plan types
• Build, maintain, and automate compensation reporting and dashboards using tools like Power BI and SQL
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Finance to ensure alignment between compensation plans and company strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis or financial/sales analysis
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and validation
• Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent visualization tools
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables
