Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Data Analyst (Commercial Health Insurance).

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze health plan, member, provider, and operations data using SQL
• Reconcile provider data for accuracy and completeness across systems
• Create reports and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, health information management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in data analysis within the commercial health insurance industry
• Advanced SQL, Power BI, and Python skills
• Experience in building predictive models and provider data reconciliation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite
