Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business and Data Analyst in Anesthesiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and promote best practices for information sharing, reporting, and analytics across business units
• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and tools using business intelligence platforms for stakeholders
• Conduct research and provide analytical support for performance and quality improvement programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or advanced degree preferred
• 3-6 years of experience in data analysis and healthcare-focused programs required
• One year of experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) required
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform preferred
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of lean/process improvement methodologies
