Senior Business Data Analyst

Job Summary

The full-time Senior Business Data Analyst will complete complex business system and data analytic assignments remotely, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support business solutions and ensure compliance with data standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal and external constituents to conduct analytic assignments supporting business solutions
• Creates technology roadmaps and documents requirements, business rules, and technical specifications for solutions
• Plans and implements solution designs, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and federal regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5-7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a healthcare data warehouse environment
• Experience with documenting requirements, use cases, and test cases
• Advanced technical skills in SAS and SQL programming languages
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
