Senior Business Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Developer who will focus on driving new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple service areas
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, proposals, negotiation, and closing
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to expand market presence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of successful outside business development experience, with at least 3 years in a professional services environment
• Recent experience with senior living and/or for-profit healthcare organizations
• Working knowledge of ERP and EMR systems in the healthcare industry
• Experience with CRM systems for effective pipeline management
