Senior Business Development Associate
Job Summary
To accelerate the growth of the Equip business, the remote Senior Business Development Associate will identify, cultivate, negotiate, and close complex enterprise partnerships with healthcare organizations, while managing strategic opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive national growth across target markets
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and lead negotiations and solution discussions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and improve customer experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, or strategic partnerships
- Extensive experience in hospice, DME, or post-acute care
- Demonstrated success in selling complex enterprise solutions and achieving revenue goals
- Proven ability to negotiate large strategic contracts and operate independently
