Job Summary

Driving growth for Regulatory Science and Medical Writing services, the full-time remote Senior Business Development Director will develop new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and serve as the primary liaison for sales-related activities with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead strategic sales efforts and identify client needs across the product development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that support regulatory approvals and clinical development success
  • Enhance the company's visibility and market presence within regulatory and scientific services
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business, science, or related field
  • 8 to 10 years of experience selling services in the CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry
  • Demonstrated experience selling regulatory affairs, regulatory consulting, or medical writing services
  • Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle and global regulatory pathways
  • Proven success in selling complex, consultative service offerings to clients
