Job Summary
Driving business growth in the Digital Transformation sector, the full-time Senior Business Development Director will identify and secure new opportunities while managing existing accounts, focusing on Mission and Enterprise Information Technology solutions in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Identifies, qualifies, and secures business opportunities while developing targeted sales strategies
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with current and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Leads strategic teaming efforts and participates in key capture activities to enhance the competitive posture of the company
Required qualifications:
- 20+ years of DoD or Federal experience, with at least 5 years in business development roles within the Defense or Federal IT industry
- Proven track record of developing Mission and/or Enterprise IT solutions exceeding $100M
- Ability to execute business development functions with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance
