Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to drive new business growth in the Midwest territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and close new employer opportunities through structured sales processes
  • Activate relationships with brokers to uncover RFPs and sales opportunities
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with C-suite stakeholders at mid to large employers
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of B2B business development experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields
  • Proven success selling to large employers at the C-suite or senior VP level
  • Deep broker relationships in large Midwest markets
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level discussions
