Job Summary

Driving new business growth across the Mid-Atlantic territory, the full-time Senior Business Development Executive will identify and close employer opportunities through broker relationships while engaging senior decision-makers and maintaining a disciplined sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and close new employer opportunities using a structured, consultative sales process
  • Activate existing broker relationships to uncover RFPs and new business opportunities
  • Develop trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite and senior HR/Benefits leaders at mid-to-large employers
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience
  • Proven success selling employee benefits or healthcare solutions to employers
  • Established relationships within the Mid-Atlantic broker and consultant community
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills
