Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive, the full-time role will focus on driving growth within the Energy & Utility industry by managing client relationships, developing strategies, and closing deals while collaborating closely with the Microsoft alliance team.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and build a book of business by engaging with senior decision-makers in the utilities sector
- Collaborate with practice leaders to shape winning pursuits and convert executive relationships into long-term client engagements
- Co-sell with the Microsoft alliance team to surface new opportunities and position the company as a leading consulting partner
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business development with a proven hunter's mindset
- Established network within the utilities sector, including relationships with decision-makers at various levels
- Experience selling professional services or management consulting specifically in the Energy & Utilities industry
- Familiarity with hyperscaler partnerships, particularly with Microsoft, and a willingness to learn quickly
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, cloud, and data platforms, with the ability to translate them into business outcomes
