Job Summary

Seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive for a full-time remote position focused on driving new business growth through established broker relationships and employer opportunities in the Midwest territory.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and close new employer opportunities using a structured sales process
  • Activate existing broker relationships to uncover RFPs and sales opportunities
  • Engage with C-suite and senior HR/Benefits leaders to present Health Advocate's solutions
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience
  • Proven success in selling employee benefits or healthcare solutions to employers
  • Established relationships within the Midwest broker and consultant community
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Demonstrated history of new logo acquisition and quota attainment
