Job Summary
Seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive for a full-time remote position focused on driving new business growth through established broker relationships and employer opportunities in the Midwest territory.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new employer opportunities using a structured sales process
- Activate existing broker relationships to uncover RFPs and sales opportunities
- Engage with C-suite and senior HR/Benefits leaders to present Health Advocate's solutions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience
- Proven success in selling employee benefits or healthcare solutions to employers
- Established relationships within the Midwest broker and consultant community
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft 365 tools
- Demonstrated history of new logo acquisition and quota attainment
