Job Summary
Partnering closely with the Director, Enterprise Account Sales, the full-time Senior Business Development Lead will drive and manage a portfolio of opportunities and accounts in a remote environment, ensuring strategic alignment and execution to scale revenue across new and existing customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain visibility across the pipeline, ensuring opportunities progress with clear next steps and timelines
- Support net new and expansion efforts by researching targets and developing account strategies
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure alignment and execution on complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a high-performance environment such as consulting, banking, business operations, or sales
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or adjacent sectors is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate proactively in ambiguous environments
- Strong communication skills, capable of synthesizing information for senior stakeholders
