Job Summary

Seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager in a full-time remote capacity, this role will manage strategic business growth initiatives, develop key shipper and carrier relationships, and drive revenue expansion through innovative sales strategies in the transportation and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, pursue, and close new shipper and carrier opportunities while developing a robust pipeline of qualified freight prospects
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key shippers, carriers, and logistics partners to drive mutual growth and load volume
  • Analyze freight market trends and develop customized freight brokerage strategies tailored to market opportunities and organizational goals
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, or account management within a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of successfully building and growing a book of business from prospecting through closure
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while driving measurable results
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
