Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive productivity in Southern US States and LATAM by creating pipelines and closing new business deals across product lines
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and advisors to position the company as a leading Employee Benefits Network
  • Meet sales goals and conduct workshops to enhance product knowledge within the advisor community
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Insurance, or HR
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and client relationship management experience in Employee Benefits
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
  • Proven professional network in the Employee Benefits industry
  • Experience and strategic vision in the Global Employee Benefits market
