- Lead full-cycle business development: prospect, pitch, and close high-value creative engagements
- Qualify inbound leads and proactively pursue new opportunities through outreach and networking
- Develop tailored proposals and creative solutions that resonate with client needs and goals
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in client development or sales, including 3+ years in a creative agency or marketing-focused environment
- Demonstrated success in securing enterprise-level partnerships ($1M+ deals a plus)
- Strategic thinker who can build and execute scalable account plans
- Passion for design and creativity
- Must be USA based and authorized to work in the USA
