Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Business Development to lead its Business Development organization and drive growth through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Demand Partnerships team to achieve measurable impact
  • Define and execute the strategy for the Demand Partnerships program to drive user acquisition and revenue growth
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, activation, and optimization
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or B2B Sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to build and scale complex partnerships that drive business growth
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with skills to create actionable plans
  • Experience developing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with publishers, content platforms, retail, or property management partnerships is a plus
