A company is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager for the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on business goals and accurately forecast deals while managing the pipeline
• Build insights on target customers' needs and collaborate with the product team to adapt offerings
• Represent the company at local trade fairs, conferences, and events

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English
• Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing deals valued at 200k+
• Proven ability to build a pipeline and engage decision-makers
• Knowledge of the corporate L&D landscape in the DACH region
• Excellent presentation skills
