Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of technical staffing experience, particularly in Engineering, Utilities, Power, or Energy
• Proven success in account development and maintaining customer relationships
• Experience with Fortune 500 companies preferred
• Self-discipline in following a business plan in a CRM
