Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager, Airline Partnerships for Europe/Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of European airline partnerships, focusing on commercial, distribution, and operational topics
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and optimize partnership performance
• Lead negotiations for agreements and renewals, ensuring improved commercial terms

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in airline distribution, OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline partnerships in European markets
• Proven track record in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of airline distribution models and economics
• Commercial mindset with experience in performance-based deals
• Bilingual or advanced proficiency in German, Spanish, or French is a plus
