Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager, Airline Partnerships in Europe/UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of European airline partnerships, acting as the primary contact for commercial and operational topics
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue and optimize underperforming partnerships
  • Lead negotiations for agreements and track performance metrics, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with partners


Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in airline distribution, OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline partnerships in European markets
  • Proven track record in managing strategic accounts and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Strong understanding of airline distribution, fare structures, and airline economics
  • Commercial mindset with experience in performance-based deals
  • Bilingual or advanced proficiency in German, Spanish, or French is a plus
