Job Summary

To support growth in the DACH region, the full-time Senior Business Development Manager will engage with high-potential clients, conduct meetings, manage a sales pipeline, and coach junior team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver on business goals and accurately forecast deals
  • Build insights on target customers' needs and collaborate with the product team
  • Represent the firm at local trade fairs, conferences, and events
Required qualifications
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing high-value deals
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build a pipeline and engage decision-makers
  • Knowledge of the corporate L&D landscape in the DACH region
