Job Summary
To support growth in the DACH region, the full-time Senior Business Development Manager will engage with high-potential clients, conduct meetings, manage a sales pipeline, and coach junior team members while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver on business goals and accurately forecast deals
- Build insights on target customers' needs and collaborate with the product team
- Represent the firm at local trade fairs, conferences, and events
Required qualifications
- Fluency in German and English
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing high-value deals
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven ability to build a pipeline and engage decision-makers
- Knowledge of the corporate L&D landscape in the DACH region
