Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the remote Senior Interim Manager, Business Development will drive a 10-person Business Development team to achieve 80% of targets through coaching, territory management, and performance accountability over a 6-12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the North American team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) across multiple segments and regions
  • Create scalable onboarding, enablement, and career development programs while fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability
  • Monitor KPIs and manage performance to ensure the team meets monthly and quarterly pipeline and meeting targets
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development within the SaaS industry at a Senior Manager level or above
  • Proven experience in managing performance-based attrition and conducting performance conversations
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in pipeline, territory management, and revenue performance metrics
  • High proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement technologies
  • Exceptional coaching and team development skills, capable of elevating team performance
