Job Summary

Driving significant GMV and profitable growth, the full-time Senior Business Development Manager will own the full sales cycle for strategic brand partnerships while working remotely, focusing on executive-level relationship building, commercial negotiations, and data-driven deal structuring.

Key responsibilities
  • Close high-value brand partnerships that align with long-term strategic and profitability goals
  • Manage complex sales cycles end-to-end, building relationships with executive decision makers
  • Lead financial analysis and negotiation strategy to ensure sustainable profitability of partnerships
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing complex partnerships
  • Experience managing executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders
  • Strong financial acumen, including deal structuring and data-driven negotiation
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments while balancing revenue goals with long-term strategy
  • Experience mentoring others and collaborating cross-functionally to drive business growth
