Job Summary

To drive revenue growth in the Philippines, the full-time Senior Business Development Manager will own complex deal cycles from prospecting to close, leveraging AI tools to build relationships and execute a strategic territory plan targeting high-value accounts.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan while maintaining 3x pipeline coverage and forecasting results honestly
  • Source and build a pipeline through outbound sequences, networking, and industry events without relying on SDR support
  • Utilize MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and navigate complex deal cycles, leveraging AI for enhanced sales processes
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in a closing sales role with a proven track record in exceeding quotas, preferably in SaaS or hospitality tech
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks demonstrating structured deal execution
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and sell on value
  • Self-directed and coachable, with a drive for continuous improvement and feedback integration
  • Fluency in both English and Filipino
