Job Summary
Driving the expansion of warehousing and logistics, the full-time Senior Business Development Manager will focus on securing large-scale new business, forging strategic partnerships, and engineering tailored supply chain solutions in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and penetrate high-growth targets across key sectors such as CPG, Retail, and eCommerce
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and market penetration quotas
- Lead high-stakes contract negotiations to secure profitable commercial agreements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of proven business development success in contract logistics and 3PL sectors
- Mastery of complex B2B conceptual selling and high-level contract negotiation
- Self-motivated "hunter" mindset with strong analytical skills
- Direct operational or industrial design experience within a Contract Logistics environment is a plus
