Job Summary

Driving strategic partnerships with key technology leaders, the full-time Senior Business Development Manager will manage relationships, lead partnership lifecycles, and collaborate across teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for key strategic partners, overseeing joint business planning and operational coordination
  • Lead the entire lifecycle of new strategic partnerships, from strategy and sourcing to contract negotiation and ongoing management
  • Identify opportunities for product integrations and collaborate with internal teams to launch joint solutions and co-marketing initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management, preferably in a high-growth software company
  • Proven success in driving strategic, multi-year partnerships across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams
  • Deep understanding of product integrations leveraging APIs and/or Model Context Protocol
  • Experience in developing and executing co-marketing and co-selling initiatives with large partners
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Salesforce, and Crossbeam
