Job Summary
To lead and elevate Client Engagement initiatives, the remote full-time Senior Business Development Manager will manage key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional client experiences through strategic partnership and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for key client accounts, facilitating meetings and ensuring long-term satisfaction
- Analyze client performance data and market trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Monitor client metrics to identify risks and opportunities, supporting renewal processes and onboarding teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Business, Product Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in sales, project management, account management, or business development
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Located in the US West Coast / Pacific Time Zone
- Ability to build networks and develop relationships across different markets
