Job Summary

Driving new business growth across the Indian market, the remote Senior Business Development Manager will focus on acquiring high-potential clients, building strategic relationships, and executing market-specific development plans to generate revenue.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying and converting high-potential clients, partners, and affiliates
  • Build and execute a market-focused business development plan to expand regional presence and ensure consistent revenue growth
  • Own the full business development cycle from prospecting to relationship growth, while developing strong market intelligence
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business development or sales within Forex, CFD, or fintech industries
  • Proven track record of opening new business and creating revenue opportunities from scratch
  • Deep understanding of the India market and relationship-driven sales dynamics
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to influence various stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of FX/CFD products and client acquisition strategies
