Job Summary
Driving new business growth across the Indian market, the remote Senior Business Development Manager will focus on acquiring high-potential clients, building strategic relationships, and executing market-specific development plans to generate revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and converting high-potential clients, partners, and affiliates
- Build and execute a market-focused business development plan to expand regional presence and ensure consistent revenue growth
- Own the full business development cycle from prospecting to relationship growth, while developing strong market intelligence
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business development or sales within Forex, CFD, or fintech industries
- Proven track record of opening new business and creating revenue opportunities from scratch
- Deep understanding of the India market and relationship-driven sales dynamics
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to influence various stakeholders
- Solid understanding of FX/CFD products and client acquisition strategies
