Job Summary
To support strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Development Manager will develop account plans, manage executive-level relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to enhance partner programs within Amazon Pharmacy, with the flexibility of remote work options.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand partnerships
- Build and maintain executive-level partner relationships, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Champion client advocacy by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the partner experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in account management, business development, or strategic partnerships in a B2B environment
- 5+ years of experience managing complex client relationships
- Experience with end-to-end ownership of major project deliverables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for executive-level interactions
