Job Summary

Leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, the full-time Senior Business Development Manager will strategically plan client approaches and offer solutions to meet client needs while maintaining and developing relationships to achieve sales goals in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify partnership opportunities to expand business
  • Develop new relationships to support growth and expansion efforts
  • Maintain existing business and strategically plan for project success
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, preferably in a partner-facing or business development role
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Data & AI stack, including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Copilot & AI Foundry
  • Proven track record of engaging Microsoft sales teams and driving co-sell opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree required; technical or business degree, MBA preferred
  • Comfortable navigating Microsoft tools and programs, such as Partner Center and Co-Sell
