Job Summary
Driving enterprise sales across the Aerospace, Defense, Government, and Aviation sectors, the full-time Senior Business Development Manager will manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, and ensure predictable pipeline creation and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical solution sales within the Defence and Aerospace markets, engaging with defense primes and major OEMs
- Navigate multi-year enterprise sales cycles and manage complex RFP processes while sustaining long-term customer engagements
- Articulate real-world sustainment and technical publication challenges to senior technical and operational stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of industry-related business development experience
- Proven track record in selling defined software or platform-based solutions
- Strong familiarity with procurement cycles and buyer personas in Aerospace, Defense, and Government environments
- Experience with PLM ecosystems and aviation MRO platforms
- Understanding of technical publication standards such as S1000D and ATA
