Job Summary
Focusing on advancing late-stage commercial opportunities, the remote Senior Business Development Manager will drive contract execution, engage with state and regulatory bodies, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful deal progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive progress on late-stage commercial opportunities, including NDAs, LOIs, and definitive agreements
- Coordinate state-level engagement and regulatory touchpoints to align commercial agreements with licensing and permitting requirements
- Organize and track opportunities with government entities, ensuring timely and complete submissions for funding and partnerships
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial roles within energy, infrastructure, or related capital-intensive industries
- Hands-on experience negotiating and executing complex contracts and commercial agreements
- Strong understanding of deal processes from engagement through execution
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and move work forward without direct authority
- Excellent organizational skills and follow-through in long-cycle, ambiguous environments
