Senior Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Specializing in contract logistics and high-touch fulfillment, the full-time Senior Business Development Manager will secure multi-year 3PL contracts with brands while managing solution scoping, cost modeling, and proposal negotiations in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and close contracts with e-commerce, manufacturing, and commercial brands requiring high-touch assembly and kitting
• Collaborate with warehouse operations to conduct studies, establish metrics, and calculate pricing for assembly proposals
• Draft and negotiate formal 3PL rate cards, storage terms, and service level agreements (SLAs)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in a 3PL, fulfillment center, co-packing, or contract logistics company
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, WMS software, and shipping dynamics
• Active professional network within the operations and supply chain sectors
• Ability to analyze SKU movement profiles and order volumes for profitable account structures
