Job Summary
Owning the top of the sales funnel, the full-time Senior Business Development Representative will engage retail executives through multi-channel outreach, utilizing AI tools to automate research and personalize messaging, while booking qualified meetings for the sales team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute multi-touch email campaigns to book qualified meetings for the sales team
- Engage retail decision-makers through email, phone, and text/SMS outreach
- Utilize AI tools to research accounts and personalize outreach at scale
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of business development or sales development experience (B2B), preferably in SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of running successful email-led outbound campaigns
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and prospecting tools like Apollo.ai and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong writing skills for crafting compelling ABM and 1:1 messages
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
