Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities and expand the sales footprint
  • Maintain accurate internal systems with timely data entry and notes
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads and execute micro-campaigns to set up meetings
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of BDR or AE experience in the SaaS space, preferably in HR or learning management
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong work ethic and a competitive spirit
  • Ability to work remotely and thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Active engagement on LinkedIn with a robust connection network
