Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline through strategic account-based prospecting.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound prospecting to engage decision-makers within target accounts
  • Manage a robust pipeline across 150-200+ active accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established frameworks and schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota in an outbound-heavy role
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
  • Experience with sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC, BANT, or SPICED
  • Ability to manage a large account book and prioritize effectively
