Job Summary

Driving top-of-funnel growth, the remote Senior Business Development Representative will proactively identify and engage prospective clients in the healthcare sector, crafting personalized outreach strategies and collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance consulting opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, research, and engage prospective clients across various healthcare organizations
  • Own outreach strategy and execution using a multi-channel approach to connect with healthcare decision-makers
  • Track outreach performance and share market feedback to improve conversion rates and inform go-to-market strategies
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, healthcare outreach, or pipeline-generation roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand provider challenges
  • Experience with CRM platforms and prospecting tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior healthcare stakeholders
