Job Summary

To support a growing sales organization, the full-time Senior Business Development Representative will generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and build a healthy sales pipeline while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through various outreach methods
  • Research prospective organizations to understand their needs and potential fit for solutions
  • Engage with prospects to build relationships and set qualified meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in B2B business development or inside sales
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and engage prospects effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
