Job Summary

Owning early-stage pipeline generation, the full-time Senior Business Development Representative will engage high-intent prospects, qualify inbound leads, and execute targeted outbound outreach in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with assigned Account Executives
  • Engage marketing-qualified leads and high-intent prospects through multi-channel outreach
  • Research target accounts to identify personas and generate sales-qualified leads
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role
  • Comfort operating in a technical environment, with a preference for open source and infrastructure exposure
  • Hunter mentality with a genuine interest in building relationships and networking
  • Experience using sales and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
