Job Summary
Owning the top of the funnel, the full-time Senior Business Development Representative will engage retail executives through multi-touch outreach, leveraging AI tools to book qualified meetings and drive pipeline growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers and book meetings for the sales team
- Utilize AI tools for research and personalized messaging to connect First Insight's value with client needs
- Qualify opportunities and hand off well-prepared meetings to Account Executives while hitting metric-driven goals
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of business development or sales development experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of running successful email-led outbound campaigns
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and prospecting tools like Apollo.ai and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong writing skills for crafting compelling messages that resonate with retail executives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
