Job Summary
Owning daily pipeline generation, the full-time Senior Business Development Representative will collaborate with the VP of Sales to develop outreach strategies, manage a small sales quota, and drive growth in the creator marketing division while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve daily activity goals to build a healthy, qualified sales pipeline
- Partner with the VP of Sales to refine outbound strategies that convert leads into meetings and revenue
- Manage opportunities from first contact through close, focusing on mid-size growth brands
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in an SDR/BDR or full-cycle sales role, preferably in an agency or influencer marketing environment
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and project management tools like Asana
- Client management experience in the influencer, agency, or content industry
- Proficiency in creating engaging proposal decks using Google Slides
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and shifting priorities
