Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Director- Central.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the regional business strategy and P&L management
Oversee the execution of commercial strategies to achieve revenue and performance targets
Develop talent and foster a high-performance culture within the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred
5-7+ years of leadership experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech or related healthcare ecosystems
Experience in field sales management and/or marketing leadership
Proven ability to manage a P&L and shape business strategy
Strong coaching and talent development skills
